Overview

LEVITATE is one of Prague’s more contemporary, design-forward Michelin-starred restaurants. Michelin currently awards it one star, and both Michelin and the restaurant’s own site point to a highly creative approach to ingredients, with nature serving as a core source of inspiration. The tone is artistic and modern, not heritage-driven. Michelin also notes an additional “Living Room” format where guests can drop in for smaller dishes, which makes the restaurant feel more flexible and current than some classic tasting-menu spaces. LEVITATE is best understood as part of a newer wave of Czech fine dining: expressive, ingredient-focused, and aesthetically sharp, appealing to diners who value creativity and atmosphere as much as technical excellence.
